Last month, I was stoked to finish up this frame mod by installing Paragon Machine Works Track Dropouts (w/opener!). This was a standard road frame with had horizontal dropouts that the customer wanted to replace with rear facing horizontal dropouts for a flip-flop hub.
I cut some material off so fit them in the slots, and they brazed in great. I love the way they look, and I'm sure they'll get a lot of use (both as an axle mount and bottle opener!)
The shop space is coming together, I got the drawing desk set up, build a storage ladder, and started working on a new trailer project. Stay tuned!
October in the shop: I made a few custom retail racks for hanging tires, with a natural 'patina' finish for Cycles for Change. These are available at $45 each for the standard size which holds 8 to 24 tires depending on the sizes (about 24" of hanging space) and can be spray or powder coated any color or clear.
